Situations Eligible for a Refund
1. Delayed Delivery:
If we fail to deliver your documents within the committed timeframe, 12–24 hours for standard delivery or 6–8 hours for urgent delivery, you are entitled to a refund.
2. Error on Our Side:
If an error occurs in your reservation due to our mistake, we will first attempt to correct it as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fix the issue, a refund will be issued.
3. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery):
If you decide to cancel your order before delivery and provide a valid reason, a 30% service deduction will apply. The remaining 70% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
1. Changes After Delivery:
Once documents have been delivered, we cannot make changes to customer-provided details (flight or hotel routes and dates). Airlines do not allow modifications to generated reservations; only new bookings can be made. In such cases, please place a new order.
2. Missing Modification Instructions:
Ensure that any modification, correction, or special request is clearly stated in the order form while placing your order. Requests made after document delivery cannot be guaranteed and are not eligible for refunds.
3. Expired Validation Period:
If you contact us regarding a cancelled reservation after the stated validation period has passed, a refund will not be possible.
4. Unused Documents:
Refunds cannot be issued if you simply did not use the documents provided by DTFV Travels.
5. Travel Insurance:
Refunds for travel insurance are only possible if requested at least 10 days before your trip start date.
Once your insurance policy becomes effective or your trip begins, refunds are not permitted under the insurance company's terms.
A 25% deduction applies to cover service fees, merchant fees, and insurance company charges. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7–8 business days to your associated card or PayPal account.
6. Post-Delivery Amendments:
No amendments or changes can be made after 5 days of receiving your documents.
7. Visa Refusal:
If your visa is refused, a refund is only possible if you can provide sufficient proof that the refusal was directly due to our documents. A written explanation from the embassy specifying the cause of denial is required to process the refund.
8. Early Delivery Complaints:
If you receive your documents earlier than expected and later attempt to request a refund after the timeframe, such requests will not be accepted.
